Refund Policy

At Jylenta, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

However, we may offer refunds in limited situations as outlined below.

Refund Eligibility (No Returns Required)

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a defective or damaged item

  • You received the wrong item

To request a refund, email j84853477@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We do not require customers to return the item. Refund approvals are granted at our discretion after review of the submitted evidence.

Items sent back to us without prior written approval will not be accepted or processed.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or beauty products once delivered


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order and your refund is approved, you may place a new order separately.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery. To exercise this right, you must contact us within that period. Refund eligibility will still require proof of condition, and we reserve the right to deny refunds that do not meet policy standards.


Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
